Membership Information
CC membership dues are:
- $1,000 a year for voting Sustaining Partners - networks or individual organizations with an annual budget of $1,000,000 or more
- $600 a year for voting Community Partners - networks or individual organizations with an annual budget of less than $1,000,000
- $300 a year for voting Emerging Partners - individual organizations with annual budgets of less than $750,000
- $100 a year for non-voting individual members
CC members have access to:
- A grassroots effort to promote health system change
- Information and peer technical assistance among communities trying to improve local health care access
- A statewide network of leaders and experts
